Sidewalk and Gutter Repair

On Wednesday, October 14, 2026, starting around 7:30 AM, Chamberlain Contractors will be here to repair the sidewalks and gutters in our community. They will come out a couple days beforehand to (re-)mark the areas they will work on with white paint and cones. Please be sure to be clear of those areas by end of day Tuesday October 13, 2026 and all day Wednesday, October 14, 2026, so they have the access needed to do this work for us safely and efficiently.

Please park only in your driveway or a designated parking spot. Parking elsewhere, including sidewalks, is against HOA rules and is subject to towing. Sidewalk and gutter concrete is built for foot traffic and light crossing, not for parked vehicles, and the extra load can speed up cracking and the need for repairs, which draws on our HOA funds.

Registrations and new user emails are working again

Looks like when I put in some patches to fix the new user registration (and perhaps related to requiring a password reset by disabling automatic logins), that broke the new user password reset link. This should be working now. Apologies for the inconvenience there.

Registrations are now working again

One of the recent updates (including a security update) broke new user registrations. The root cause has been identified, and while a permanent fix is pending, a temporary patch has been applied, and signing up now works again. If you tried to sign up in the past couple of weeks and never got a password reset email, please try again. I can also remove the prior attempts to give you a clean slate. Use the form on the Contacts page to send me a request to do that.

HOA Board Meeting – New Development Discussion

The HOA Board will be meeting with a new developer to review the proposed development plans for the area at Haddon Manor and Stewart Lane (in place of the current single-family house).

Residents are welcome to join if you have any questions or would like to hear directly from the developer.

Whitehall Square Clean Up Day Saturday March 21, 2026 @ 10:30am – volunteers needed

Whitehall Square Residents,

Brett Poirier (1732 Chiswick) is organizing a Spring Community Clean-Up on Saturday, March 21 from 10:30 a.m. to noon to help beautify our neighborhood.

Over the winter, trash and recycling has accumulated throughout the community, from the hill on Stewart Lane  and the ends of the HOA streets.  Trash bags and gloves will be provided to all volunteers.

If you’d like to participate, meet Brett at the Whitehall Drive Tot Lot at 10 a.m. on March 21. It’s a great way to welcome spring and give back to our community!
