How do I submit an Architecture Review Committee (ARC) request?

Until further notice, please send requests via email to whitehallsquare-arc@googlegroups.com. Note that there is an 8 megabyte limit with this system.

We are working on a better way to submit requests but it may take until 2027 to implement that.
