What kind of townhomes will they be?

Single car garage, 20’ wide, two assigned parking locations (garage, driveway). Any other details (exterior or interior) are TBD. We are trying to get information on a similar development from the developer as an example. 1-2 will be Moderately Priced Dwelling Units (MPDU) per County code.
